Please mail us at ttnxtfoods@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods to request wrong/damaged orders.
Please send us :
1) Your Order ID
2) A video of you unboxing your order
3) Please state in detail the problem at hand.
4) No returns will be accepted if the product is bought on sale unless damaged.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days and a new order will be shipped accordingly.
Please note: To be eligible for a return against damaged or wrong goods, the item should be unopened, sealed, with all labels attached, and in the same condition it was delivered.
